IMPORTANT!!! ALL BOYS PLAYERS MUST HAVE NOCSEA CERTIFIED CHEST PROTECTION AS OF JAN 1ST 2022.
SHOULDER PADS: As of Jan 1st, all youth, high school and college lacrosse players must wear NOCSEA certified chest protectors. We will be checking shoulder pads at the beginning of the season to certify that all players have the appropriate pads. If the team provides you with all your equipment, we will have a set of pads for you. If you have your own gear and have been playing for more than 2 years, you must purchase your own. As we get closer to the season, these pads will be harder to find. Order them soon. We have our discount weekend at DICK'S Sporting Goods Feb 26th & 27th but I can not guarantee they will be in stock at that point. I know this is not ideal but all programs are going through this. Please only purchase shoulder pads on the list provided below.
2nd - 8th Grade Boys players and 2nd - 4th Grade Girls players
Parents/guardians to purchase all equipment which includes helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, tethered mouthpiece and boys stick. This equipment can be in any color. A jersey will be provided and will be yours to keep.
Kindergarten-8th Grade Youth Girls players
Parents/guardians to purchase all equipment which includes googles, mouthpiece and girls stick. This equipment can be in any color. A jersey will be provided and will be yours to keep.
High School Boys players
Parents/guardians to purchase all equipment which includes white helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, tethered mouthpiece and boys stick. Game jerseys will be purchased, maintained, and kept by Southside Lacrosse.
High School Girls players
Parents/guardians to purchase all equipment which includes googles, mouthpiece and girls stick. Game jerseys will be purchased, maintained, and kept by Southside Lacrosse.
